Call Centre Manager Job Vacancies – Dream Hotels and Resorts

Ensure the smooth running of the Local (Holiday Concierge Executives) and international Reservations Departments through ensuring “hands- on” management of the Call Centre Agents

Qualifications:

  • Matric Certificate +
  • relevant qualification ( Advance Diploma and /or degree)

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-6 years working experience in a Customer Care environment
  • Preferably 2-3 Management experience
  • Experience in the timeshare / point club industry including international timeshare would be highly beneficial
  • Advanced in MS Office – Word, Excel & Outlook

Primary purpose of the job:

Ensure the smooth running of the Local (Holiday Concierge Executives) and international Reservations Departments through ensuring
