Account terms
Use an email address you control and a username you are entitled to use. Keep your password private. Do not impersonate other people, attempt to access another account, or use VYRAL for fraud, harassment, threats, or unlawful content. VYRAL provides reporting and moderation tools.
New accounts start with zero Sparks. Sparks are purchased separately. Watching, chatting, and gaining XP do not create a cash balance. Purchase details are shown at checkout. Creator earnings and withdrawal eligibility are separate from a viewer’s Sparks balance and depend on the applicable payment, verification, and availability requirements.
Adding a password to an existing account requires proof of ownership. Account linking does not create extra Sparks, duplicate purchases, or new creator earnings. Contact the address above if you need help with access, a purchase, or your account.
Privacy policy
VYRAL uses your email for account verification, password recovery, and account support. Your username, creator profile, and activity you publish in streams or chat are visible to other members. Passwords are stored as secure hashes rather than readable text.
Secure account cookies keep you signed in. Session records include expiry, and may include network address and browser information. Rate limits and security records help prevent abuse. VYRAL retains the profile, messages, follows, gifts, XP, purchase history, and creator earnings needed to operate your account and reconcile transactions.
Verification and password recovery emails use an email delivery provider. Stripe handles payment details and creator onboarding information; Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage, and streaming. VYRAL does not store your card number or creator bank details in its account database.
To request account help, access to your information, or deletion, contact the address above. Financial and security records may need to be retained to reconcile purchases, disputes, or withdrawals. Do not include passwords, card numbers, or secret keys in support messages.
